Las VEGAS CONFESSIONAL SWEEPSTAKES
OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: Las Vegas Confessional Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least twenty-one (21) years old at the time of entry. Employees of About Inc., MGM MIRAGE Operations, Inc., ePrize, LLC, and their parent and affiliate companies as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

2. Sponsor: About Inc., 249 W. 17^th St., New York, NY 10011. Administrator: ePrize, LLC, One ePrize Drive, Pleasant Ridge, MI 48069.

3. Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on June 13, 2008 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on May 9, 2009 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). The Sweepstakes will consist of four (4) entry periods (each an “Entry Period”). Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. As set forth in the chart below, each Entry Period has a corresponding start date, end date, mail-in entry postmark deadline, mail-in entry receipt date deadline and drawing date.

4. How to Enter:

a. Online/Photo or Video Upload Method of Entry: During the Promotion Period, visit http://mgm.eprize.net/lasvegasconfessional (the “Website”) or the offline confessional booths (the “Booth") located at MGM MIRAGE properties in Las Vegas, Nevada, including the Bellagio; Circus Circus; Excalibur; Luxor; Mandalay Bay; MGM Grand; Mirage; Monte Carlo; New York-New York; and TI Treasure Island, which locations are subject to change in MGM Mirage Operations, Inc.'s sole and absolute discretion, and complete and submit the registration form. Then, follow the links and instructions to upload one (1) photo or video from a past trip to Las Vegas or a photo or video showing what you would do if you went to Las Vegas, and provide a short description. After submitting your registration, together with a photograph or video and description, you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the applicable drawing corresponding to the Entry Period during which you submitted an entry, as set forth in Section 3 above.

b. Mail-in Alternate Method of Entry: To enter without uploading a photo or video, hand print your name, address, day and evening phone numbers, email address (if any), age on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail it with proper postage to "Las Vegas Confessional Sweepstakes, c/o ePrize P.O. Box 8070, Royal Oak, MI 48068-8070". You will receive one (1) entry into the drawing corresponding to the Entry Period during which you submitted an entry, as set forth in the chart in Section 3 above. Limit: One (1) per envelope. All mail-in entries must be handwritten. All mail-in entries must be postmarked by the dates specified in the table in Section 3. Proof of sending or submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.

For all Photos/Videos: All photos and videos must conform to the Photo/Video Guidelines and Content Restrictions defined below (collectively, the “Guidelines and Restrictions”) and that Sponsor, in its sole and absolute discretion, may remove your photo or video and disqualify you from the Sweepstakes if it believes, in its sole and absolute discretion, that your photo or video fails to conform to the Guidelines and Restrictions.

All photos and videos shall, upon submission, become the exclusive and jointly owned property of Sponsor and MGM Mirage Operations, Inc., and none will be acknowledged or returned. Sponsor and MGM Mirage Operations, Inc. shall each have the right to use or authorize others to use each photo or video entry in whole or in part, for any purpose, in any media known or unknown or hereafter created, in perpetuity, worldwide, including, but not limited to, the right to publish and display the photo or video; to edit, modify and derivative works based on the photo or video, and to distribute copies of the photo or video or derivative works based on the photo or video, without attribution or compensation to the entrant or to the participants depicted in the photo or video. SUBMITTING A PHOTO OR VIDEO IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES CONSTITUTES ENTRANT’S IRREVOCABLE ASSIGNMENT, CONVEYANCE AND TRANSFERENCE TO SPONSOR AND MGM MIRAGE OPERATIONS, INC. OF ANY AND ALL RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST IN THE ENTRANT'S PHOTO OR VIDEO INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL COPYRIGHTS AND OTHER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS EMBODIED IN THE PHOTO OR VIDEO. The sole consideration for the rights granted to Sponsor and MGM Mirage Operations, Inc. shall be the entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes. Entrant shall not be entitled to any additional consideration, compensation, damages, or other benefits, arising from or relating to Sponsor's or MGM Mirage Operation, Inc.'s use of the entrant's photo or video. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, un-intelligible, illegible, stolen, misdirected or postage-due photos or videos, which are disqualified.

Limit: Each entrant may submit five (5) photos or videos and receive up to five (5) Sweepstakes entries into the drawing for each Entry Period by any method or combination of methods of entry. Multiple entrants are not permitted to share the same email address. Any attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will void that entrant's entries and that entrant may be disqualified. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any registration, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register will be deemed to be the entrant. The “authorized account holder” is the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. The potential winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.

5. Grand Prize Drawings: Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Administrator will randomly select the potential Sweepstakes winners from all eligible entries received during each Entry Period, on or around the drawing dates set forth in Section 3 above. Non-winning entries do not carry over into drawings for subsequent Entry Periods. The potential winners will be notified by mail, email or phone. Except where prohibited, each potential winner will be required to sign and return to Sponsor, within ten (10) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release in order to claim his/her prize and a Participant Release signed by each identifiable person in the winner's photo or video. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release or the Participant Release(s) within the required time period, or prize is returned as undeliverable, potential winner forfeits prize. Potential winners must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules; and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries received during the applicable Entry Period. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held after which the prize will remain un-awarded.

6. Prize: GRAND PRIZE 1 (Entry Period 1): New York-New York Hotel & Casino Prize Package. Prize Package includes two (2) nights accommodations for two (2) at the New York-New York Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada (single room, double occupancy); admission for two (2) to Cirque Du Soleil's Zumanity show (date and seating determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); two (2) coupons for a drink at a bar determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion (terms and conditions of coupon apply); dinner for two (2) up to $100 in value at the Nine Fine Irishmen (menu determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); two (2) tickets to ride the roller coaster at New York-New York Hotel & Casino; and two (2) VIP passes to Roc Vegas. ARV: $1,000. GRAND PRIZE 2 (Entry Period 2): Mandalay Bay Prize Package. Prize Package includes two (2) nights accommodations for two (2) at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Nevada (single room, double occupancy); dinner for two (2) up to $250 at STRIPSTEAK (menu determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); two (2) show tickets to Mamma Mia or another show to be determined by Sponsor (seating determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and VIP access for two (2) to Mix (date determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). ARV: $1,000. GRAND PRIZE 3 (Entry Period 3): MGM Grand Prize Package. Prize Package includes two (2) nights accommodations for two (2) in a suite at MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada (single room, double occupancy); dinner for two (2) up to $250 (restaurant and menu determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); admission for two (2) to Cirque Du Soleil's Ka show (date and seating determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and admission for two (2) to MGM Grand nightclubs or lounges of winner's choice for each night of stay. ARV: $1,000. GRAND PRIZE 4 (Entry Period 4): Luxor Prize Package. Prize Package includes two (2) nights accommodations for two (2) in a Pyramid Spa suite at the Luxor in Las Vegas, Nevada (single room, double occupancy); dinner for two (2) up to $250 at Fusia (menu determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); two (2) tickets to show (show and seating determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and two (2) VIP passes to LAX. ARV: $1,000.

For all Prizes: Winners must redeem Prize Package within one (1) year from the drawing date or prize will be forfeited. Hotel reservation must be booked at least twenty-one (21) days prior to hotel stay. Specific hotel location and accommodations will be based on availability as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Prize is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Sweepstakes. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the Prize Package descriptions above, including but not limited to, airfare, ground transportation, additional meals, incidentals, passenger tariffs or duties, surcharges, airport fees, service charges or facility charges, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes or other expenses are the responsibility solely of winners. Companions must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of hotel stay and must travel during same date/time period as winners. Companions must execute liability/publicity releases prior to their hotel stay. Sponsor is not responsible if any show is delayed, postponed or cancelled for any reason, in which event, that show portion of the prize is forfeited in its entirety and no substitution will be provided except as in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Total ARV for all Prizes: $4,000. Odds of winning a Sweepstakes prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Limit: One (1) prize per person.

7. Release: Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, MGM Mirage Operations, Inc., MGM MIRAGE, Administrator, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any claim, cause of action, loss, damages (including, but not limited to, compensatory, consequential, punitive, exemplary and statutory damages), arising in tort, contract or otherwise, arising out of or relating in any way to the Sweepstakes, Sponsor's or MGM Mirage Operations, Inc.'s use of the entrant's photo or video, or receipt or use or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with the Sweepstakes.

8. Publicity: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrant grants to Sponsor, MGM Mirage Operations, Inc., Administrator, and their respective suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company’s officers, directors, employees and agents the perpetual, royalty free, non-exclusive right to use the entrant's name, likeness, image, photograph, voice, and biographical information for commercial and promotional purposes of any kind or nature in any media, worldwide. Entrant's submission of a photo or video constitutes the written consent required by law in some states, including Nevada Revised Statute § 597.790. Entrant expressly waives any claim for violation of the right of publicity under state law and common law.

9. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other Promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

10. Limitations of Liability: The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If for any reason an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, provided that if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.

11. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan (Southern Division) or the appropriate Michigan State Court located in Oakland County, Michigan U.S.A.; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Michigan, U.S.A. without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Michigan or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Michigan.

13. Winner List: Winner List requests will only be accepted after the promotion end date (listed above) and no later than September 29, 2009.
